1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using RealReviews, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. One person or entity per account unless agreed otherwise.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Creem. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled per our stated refund policy and Creem's terms as merchant of record.
5. Acceptable use
Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or use RealReviews for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, RealReviews is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
